Honey Quality Control
- A few days after harvest, the honey enters the company’s facilities, and samples are sent to external laboratories for quality control.
- As long as the honey meets the requirements of protocols (proper moisture, no added medicines, adulteration, heat treatment etc) we proceed with the bottling.
- Now the development process starts where the honey is placed into the bottle-jars, cupping and finally labelling are the next steps.
- The final product is placed to boxes and pallets, ready to distribute.
The whole process is Certified with ISO 22000.
