Pine / Wildflower
370g (13.05oz)
A unique honey, made by bees that collect both Wildflower nectar and honeydew from Pine trees, that grow in the same area, to produce a naturally fragrant honey of exceptional flavour. It has a medium caramel color, and combines the intense aroma of sweet Wildflower honey with the more spicy flavour of the darker Pine honey.
In the Sithonia peninsula, in Northern Greece, Erica plants, Thyme and a large variety of local Wildflower species grow next to Pine forests, by the Aegean coast. The local microclimate, formed by wind, humidity and generous sunshine, is essential for the production of a number of varieties of exclusive, intensely aromatic honey.
